DTU Skylab is the tech hub located at DTU. We focus on enabling student innovation and entrepreneurship. Vi tror at studenter lærer og forskudder bedre når man kombinerer teori og praksis. Det er derfor vi forenkler forbindelsen mellem virksomheder fra den offentlige og private sektor med DTU-studerende og ligeledes med forskningsmiljøet.
DTU Skylab support innovation practically by providing free access for all DTU students to our workshops; metal, wood, welding, rapid prototyping (3D printing, laser cutting and 3D scanner), electronics, design lab and the wet lab. In 2018, we also launch a Foodlab.
Skylab has just received a donation of 80 MDKK from the AP Moller Relief Foundation to expand into a tech-focused innovation hub encompassing where student innovation will be combined with business and tech labs, where companies can gain access to new knowledge on disruptive technologies as well Twee fysieke ruimte voor grote schaal prototyping waar hun medewerkers zich kunnen onderdompelen in een innovatieve omgeving.
